If it is necessary to cancel an appointment, no charge will be made if a minimum of 48 hours notice is given. Notice of less than 48 hours will incur a cancellation fee of £40. Non-attendance (not being in or not available) at an appointment without prior notification will incur 50% of the fee for that session, plus any agreed charges for travel.
